Getting Started

First Steps

1. Watch the “Getting Started” video to see what it’s all about.
2. Sign up for a CaptionSync login ID by clicking the sign-up button below.
   
3. Read the email from support@automaticsync.com containing your login information.
4. Add funds to your account (if required) and submit your content for captioning.

Submitting Your Media

1. Upload your content as described in the “Getting Started” video.
2. See a list of the Media formats we accept.
3. Results will be sent to your email address and/or can be downloaded from your CaptionSync account.
4. See a list of the Caption file formats we produce.

• To use GSA Schedule pricing, sign up here.
• Transcription Service if you don’t have a transcript for your media.
• Result Review if you want CaptionSync to edit your content for accuracy.
• Copy Edit.
