>> Hello, this is a short overview movie of the new features in the new CaptionSync web interface. First and foremost is that we have a new URL. So, if you are using the Log In from the www.automaticsync.com and clicking Log In in the upper right hand corner, you have nothing to worry about, you have made it here. When you get here, you will notice one new feature here is the Remember my AST user ID checkbox. If checked, it will remember your username for the next time you come. So, then there are also tool tips if you mouseover any of your items. So, let's get going. Once you log in the other new thing is news. You can now select and de-select whether to mark news items as read. Also, you can go back and see ones that you have marked read in the past. So, we are going to mark those as read, but we can just check this button down here and un-mark them as read. When you are done there, you will now be placed in your default application type or submission type. In the past you had to select Web or Broadcast or Transcription Only. Now, it will select your default submission by default. The other prominent thing we have done is we have now merged Web and Broadcast application types so that they are one and the same and you can seamlessly move between those requiring the line 21, 32 characters per line and those not requiring that. And so, your application type will disappear if you just had Web and Broadcast. If you also have Transcription Only, then you can get there by mousing down to the Change Submission Type and you will also note as we are going along here at the extensive use of mouseover tool tips, so if you just mouseover pretty much anything here, you will see some direction on what is there. So, if we change it to Transcription Only, you will notice it is a Transcription Only Submission up here, so let's just change that back to Captioning. Okay, pretty much the similar user interface you are used to. There is now a changed Advanced Settings now that we have merged Web and Broadcast. So, all the settings are now in one page, but we have kind of broken down into separate areas so that it is a lot easier to understand everything. Of note, you will see an area down here where messages are displayed so that when you have a caption output and those caption outputs are do noted up here by the ones with the asterisk behind them and they are originally shaded, you will know that that is one requiring 32-characters per line and consequently your outputs will be restricted in the High ASCII characters you can use and locked to 32 or 2 lines per caption as well. So, if we de-select that, you will note that we can now go to our Caption Appearance and change the line length to you know 48, what have you. There's also our Settings, and again you can mouseover all these stuff to get some details of what's going on. If you go to Broadcast, mouseover for more details. Also, there is periodically the question marks here and that will launch the help Wiki to the appropriate page. Digital NLE is here, so if you want digital NLE put that to and something like that and again, there's mouseover tips here and you will note they won't only lock it to Digital NLE, it also lock down to caption types, so if we de-select that we have also got the ability to be more flexible. Okay, so let's save that as a setting and do a submission here. Let's choose a file. [ Pause ] >> We have our txt transcript and our mp3. You know, the transcription to do have in AST the transcription is the same as before and we will start to upload. Please enter a description. Okay, let's call this presentation number two. Okay, when we start to upload we will notice that there is a new progress bar and the other thing you will note is when your file is completely uploaded it gives you additional information to please wait while the files are analyzed. That is important because while it may take a certain amount of time to get files up there, it also takes a certain amount of time to analyze movie--you know, your media files. This is what your results look like when you get your results back. Again, you can mouseover any of the files up here to tell you what, which one is which, what sdf file is, what an stl file is and that sort of thing. You can also check the status of your existing submission over here in the left hand nav and we will see that it is awaiting synchronization. So, let's just drill in to one of those that we have succeeded here and you will note a significant change here is that the results that you typically had to go to the bottom for in the past are now at the top. And again, you can mouseover any of these things to find it. If you have questions, just click about status, what is status is mean or how you redo just click the question marks. Okay, the other thing you will note back on the new submission page was purchase orders and we have asked if you have asked us to request a purchase order in the past while we have handled them, but if there is more than one user on your billing entity, then you know kind of managing those has been more challenging because it would just keep the most recent one for all users. Now, you can select your default purchase order and basically that is here and you would select which one you want, you can also add another one here. Everything else is pretty much the same as it was before. The only thing here is now there is Billable Submissions for all users. It will show you billable submissions for those users across your billing entity. Settings, nothing really new here except in contact settings. We have this area down here for e-mail attachments, so if you have some particular e-mail attachments which are causing you mailer problems, you can just get a ZIP pack instead of in the individual files in which case it will you know circumvent the problem. Similarly, if you are limited to receiving certain sizes, you can set what sizes and if you get attachments that are more than this size, we will just send you an e-mail that says please download it. This is the default address for credit card and that would just be useful if you are paying by a credit card on the website. Okay, the only other thing I will mention is news. You can see news items here and you can also go back and see your own unread news items. Of note here, AST-Link, you have got to make sure that you have at least Version 1.3 or it will not work with the current site. So, if you need to get the latest AST-Link, gets down here and that is pretty much it. If you have more questions, always use the help pages here and or you can e-mail us at support at automaticsync.com.
