    Captioning employee facing videos creates a more inclusive business environment for diverse teams. It facilitates a smoother process for training new hires and helps employees retain more of the information that is presented.

    When the NASA Safety Center began to build a professional development system designed for working professionals, they knew there would be high expectations from their audience. With over 600 hours in training videos, NASA needed a fast captioning service that was also cost effective and met regulation guidelines.
